Each candle is crafted in Portugal using 100% natural beeswax, a wood wick, and premium fragrance oils — no toxins, no paraffin, just pure light.

Since our candles are meticulously crafted using 100% beeswax, wood wicks, and premium fragrance oils, it's essential to follow these tips to ensure both optimal performance and safety—especially the first one:

1) always trim the wick to 1/4 inch or 5mm before every burn,

2) keep the wax pool clear,

3) allow the wax to melt fully (around 2 hours) to avoid tunneling,

4) limit burning sessions to 4 hours,

5) maintain a safe distance between candles,

6) use proper holders and lighting tools,

7) burn the candle in a well-ventilated area free from strong drafts.

We offer shipping across the EU, with different options depending on your location:

• Portugal Mainland & Spain Mainland: Enjoy free shipping on orders over €120.
• Portuguese Islands: Free shipping applies to orders over €160.
• Spanish Islands & Other EU Countries: Shipping is tiered based on the weight of your order. Although we can’t offer free shipping at the moment, we cover part of the shipping cost to make it more accessible.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the label cards, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
