1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays.

🇵🇹 Portuguese Islands
Orders of €100 or more ship for free! We want to make it easier for you to enjoy our candles!

🇪🇸 Spanish Islands, 🌍 Zone 1 & Zone 2 Europe
For these regions, shipping rates are tiered based on order weight.
Good news: We cover part of the shipping costs to help reduce your expenses! You’ll see these rates calculated at checkout, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying.

EU countries are divided into two shipping zones based on their distance from our base in Portugal and the associated shipping costs, as determined by our selected courier:

Zone 1 Europe includes: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, and Czech Republic.

Zone 2 Europe includes: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, and Sweden.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Odoratus is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at orders@odoratus.pt or through WhatsApp message to +351926176022, as soon as possible. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on product availability. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof for any claims.

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, customers are responsible for re-shipment fees.
